PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT
Our experience has shown a successful delivery is underpinned by effective Programme Management, combining the interconnected workstreams to deliver the strategic outcome, demonstrated by the successful delivery of community housing and other community build projects.
Our projects have benefitted Māori and local communities with our engagement with Far North District Council, Nga Ngaru o Hokianga Takiwa (Ngapuhi) Te Mahurhure Marae, Mahitahi Kāinga Trust, Te Whānau o Waipareira Trust and other Community based organisations such as Ember Wellbeing Trust.
